Privacy Policy

This Privacy Policy explains how K IT Services (part of Jay Sri Kota Mysamma Pvt Ltd) collects, uses, stores, and protects your personal data when you use our website or contact us. We are committed to handling your data responsibly and in accordance with India’s Digital Personal Data Protection Act, 2023 (“DPDPA”).

What we collect

• Enquiry details, when you submit our contact form, we collect your name, email address, phone number, company, and message.
• Recruitment details, if you apply for a role, we collect your name, email address, phone number, area of interest, the résumé you upload, and any note you choose to add.
• Anti-abuse data, when you submit either form, our server briefly processes your IP address to rate-limit submissions and prevent spam. If bot verification (Cloudflare Turnstile) is enabled, that widget also runs in your browser as part of submitting the form — see Third-party processors below.

We do not currently run any analytics, tracking pixels, or advertising technology on this site. If that changes, this policy and a cookie-consent mechanism will be updated before any such tool goes live.

Why we collect it, and our lawful basis

• Enquiry and recruitment data is collected with your consent, given by ticking the consent checkbox on the relevant form, and is used solely to respond to your enquiry or evaluate your application.
• Anti-abuse data (IP address, bot-verification signals) is processed as strictly necessary to keep the site and our inbox secure and free of spam; it is not linked to your enquiry or application beyond that purpose.

We do not sell your personal data, and we do not use it for unrelated marketing without separate consent.

How long we keep it

• Enquiry data is retained for up to 12 months after our last contact.
• Résumés and recruitment details are stored for up to 6 months and reviewed only by our HR team, unless you ask us to remove them sooner.
• IP addresses used for rate-limiting are kept only for the active rate-limit window (15 minutes) and are not stored beyond that.

Third-party processors

We use a small number of third-party services to operate the forms on this site. Each only receives the data described below, and each is bound by its own privacy policy:

• Resend(email delivery) receives the content of whichever form you submit — name, contact details, and your message or résumé — in order to deliver it to our inbox. See Resend’s Privacy Policy.
• Upstash (rate limiting), when configured, receives your IP address to enforce the submission limits described above. See Upstash’s Privacy Policy.
• Cloudflare Turnstile(bot verification), when configured, runs in your browser to confirm you’re not a bot before a form submits. See Cloudflare’s Turnstile Privacy Addendum.

Our hosting provider’s own request-log and infrastructure data practices are still being confirmed and will be added here once verified.

Your rights under the DPDPA

You have the right to:

• access the personal data we hold about you;
• request correction or completion of inaccurate data;
• request erasure of your data;
• withdraw consent at any time; and
• nominate another person to exercise these rights on your behalf.

How to exercise these rights: email info@k-itservices.comwith your request and which right you’d like to exercise. We may ask for information to verify it’s really you before acting on the request. We will action deletion, correction, and consent-withdrawal requests within a reasonable time and in line with our legal obligations under the DPDPA.

Cookies and local storage

We do not use analytics or advertising cookies. The site stores one preference locally in your browser (your light/dark theme choice), which stays on your device and is never sent to us.
